Hard Hitting Jazz Drummer Still Needed

Original Neoclassical Atonal Bebop Spaz Jazz compositions w/pockets of Free-Form Improvisation. Influences are; Don Van Vliet, Erik Dolphy, Carla Bley, Charles Ives, Thelonious Monk, Robert Wyatt, Sylvia Plath, Edward Gorey, Syd Barrett, Dr. Seuss, etc. I play bass clarinet, alto clarinet, Bb clarinet and sing on a few pieces. Bandmates are; two reed/brass players, keyboardist, electric guitar, and electric 6-string bass. All we need now is a hard hitting jazz drummer who is comfortable playing in & out of strict time. Bandmates are currently acquainting themselves with the material at home. Rehearsing begins January 2023 in my Ypsilanti basement rehearsal space w/full drum set and P.A.
