Looking for someone whos a master at snare drum tuning I've reached a point where I have to concede that I don't know everything, and need help. I've played drums all my life (even studied percussion in college) and I can never seem to find the snare sound I'm looking for,,,and I've got a great snare. And yes I know, most of the music I listen have processed snare sounds but there are times my snare sounds great and then two days later I'm ready to throw it away. YouTube aint cuttin it (and its not live sound anyway), I learn best when I have someone walking me through something.
