Maintenance Technician Functions: The essential functions include, but are not limited to: -Be able to perform facility maintenance tasks including HVAC repairs, appliance troubleshooting and repairs -HVAC and CPO preferred but not mandatory -Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, drywall -Prepping apartments for new move ins -Inspect grounds and ensure it is free of trash and debris -Taking care of the pools -Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems -Be a self-starter, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision -Ability to handle physical workload -Maintain a professional demeanor at all times -Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers -Communicates effectively and on a regular basis with the maintenance supervisor and all staff members LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY GET PAID ON A WEEKLY BASIS! $17+ HOURLY JOBS AVAILABLE!
