LOOKING TO HIRE A RELIABLE HANDYMAN FOR ESTABLISHED COMMERCIAL PM Established Property Management company with properties all over central and east valley phoenix is looking for a full-time handyman to add to our area team - specifically looking for a general handyman to assist us with work orders, rehabs and general maintenance. Qualifications: Experience in General Contractors/Handyman type repairs, including: Plumbing Electrical HVAC General Repairs Painting Flooring Hanging Awnings Lighting/Plumbing fixture repair and replacement General Requirements: - Must have own transportation - Reliable and Hardworking - Ability to work with little supervision - Good communication skills - MUST have your own equipment and tools WE DO REQUIRE WORKERS COMP - WE CAN HELP YOU GET IT We are seeking an individual who will work hard, with the strong potential of growing with our company, currently looking for long-term work.
