A+ Staffing is seeking Shuttle Facilitation Staff for Formula 1 Weekend. This is a fantastic role for logistics-minded individuals who love active work and who can process a lot of changes on the fly. Staff will facilitate shuttle service for a huge volume of people from Friday, October 21 – Sunday, October 23rd. It is highly preferred that staff can work all dates. However, we may consider staff who are not available on all dates, so if you are interested, please reply with your availability. Shuttle service is available from the remote parking areas to Circuit of the Americas, and from the ticketed onsite parking lots to the entrances to COTA. Staff duties will include greeting shuttle passengers, taking passenger counts to ensure shuttles are not overloaded, managing the queue to take the shuttle and other duties as assigned. Staff should be comfortable providing excellent communication and customer service to attendees. This position requires working outdoors and on your feet for long periods of time. We recommend being prepared for temperature fluctuations throughout the day. It’s very important to bring sun protection and anything else that you need to be comfortable during a very long workday. Staff working this event will NOT be able to enter Circuit of the Americas on Race Days. SCHEDULE: Friday, October 21, 2022 – 10:30am-11:30pm Saturday, October 22, 2022 - 10:30am-11:30pm Sunday, October 23, 2022 - 8:00am-7:00pm NO PARTIAL SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE. You must be able to work the entire shift from start to finish. Uniform: Black or khaki shorts or pants, white polo style shirt, closed toed comfortable shoes. Be prepared for the weather and to be outdoors for the duration of the shift. Pay: $21.00 per hour ALL STAFF MUST PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK. Referrals welcome - referral bonus may apply.
