Ft of work and materials available!  Key Responsibilities  • Perform roofing duties associated with:  o Hot applied systems  o Torch applied systems  o Cold process systems  o Installing felt paper  o Insulation pattern layout  o Operating roofing equipment  • Layout a roof to incorporate needed slope and drainage  • Install basic sheet metal flashings and trims  • Track on site material inventory and communicate with foreman to ensure proper coverage  • Lay out insulation for maximum use of material and install membranes per industry and manufacturer  specifications  • Completes all detail and finish work  Education, Experience, and Skills Required  Education  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required Experience  • 3-5 years commercial roofing service technician experience preferred  Skills and Abilities  • Ability to withstand demands of extreme weather conditions and high temperatures  • Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more  • Capable of bending over most of the day and working on knees excessively throughout the day • Able to pass Pre-Employment Drug and Agility screening  • Able to pass a government background check per project requirements  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record  • Knowledge of basic roofing tools  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  Working Conditions | Environment | Special
