As a Passenger Service Agent, some of your responsibilities include: • Ensuring all Quantem and customer safety standards are met and maintained • Responsible for above-wing operations (i.e., ticketing, gate, and jet bridge functions) • Ensuring that all flights that Quantem loads and/or unloads operate on time • Helping passengers check luggage and print boarding passes • Ensuring passengers have proper documentation to board the plane • Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner • Compliance with all applicable environmental laws and permits • Performs other duties assigned by Quantem management (Additional details are available upon request and during the interview process) BENEFITS • $500 Sign-On Bonus • $300 Employee Referral Program!
