We are a Commercial General Contractor that primarily does tenant build-out for industrial space. We work in Orange, Osceola, Lake and Seminole Counties. We are hiring for a construction superintendent and also for a part-time and full-time day porter/groundskeeper. Construction Superintendent applicants should have experience in commercial construction, managing projects and reading blueprints. Your primary duties would be to oversee and manage the construction schedule for commercial construction projects while ensuring the safety of the project. Responsibilities include: -manage subcontractors and schedule work as needed to complete project on time -communicate with project manager and other interested parties as to project issues and propose solutions -plan and coordinate inspections with government officials -implement safety and quality guidelines -ensure job site remains safe, clean and orderly -resolve on-site issues and emergencies Must have own vehicle and ability to travel to different job sites in Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake Counties.
