Looking for musicians to record/produce

Hello, I am a qualified audio engineer/ music producer. Using state of the art technology to record/mix and master any and all genres of music. I'm a decent player and know a little theory... I would like to progress as a player on the Keys, Bass, Drums and Guitars, etc... So I was thinking, I record you, or your band. In return, y'all give me some piano/guitar/drum lessons. Currently I am thoroughly involved in making beats and film scores. If you are a singer or rapper (with real talent), I would consider working with you as well. In terms of lending you an instrumental and/or recording/mixing/mastering your song. In return, I would want a percentage of the rights and royalties in lieu of payment for studio time. Sound fair?
