Anderson Group International is a Restoration & Remediation Contractor with Offices throughout California. We are currently looking for a self driven & motivated Mitigation/Mold Technician (Multiple Positions Open) to work out of either our San Jose and/or West Sacramento locations. QUALIFICATIONS • REQUIRED – Must have a valid California driver's license and have a clean driving record • REQUIRED – Clean Background check • Have an eye for detail and a passion for customer service • Excellent communication skills; strong verbal and written communication • Must be able to work in extreme temperatures both hot and cold • Must be able to work in environments such as attics and crawlspaces • Must be comfortable working within a contaminated environment with the proper PPE • Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs frequently • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide excellent Customer Service • Move furniture/pack personal property to facilitate our work • Set up site protection, including containment barriers • Utilize PPE while working, including respirator, gloves, eye protection and protective suit • Perform light demo of finish materials, including drywall, cabinetry, and flooring • Perform detailed and specialized cleaning • Set up and take down equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air filtration • Monitor and use equipment and moisture meters • Complete paperwork as needed – both physical and electronic • Maintain company equipment and a clean, properly stocked and organized company truck BENEFITS • Competitive pay • Health, Dental and Vision Plans • Paid Time Off/Holiday Pay • Educational Assistance
