Need advise from electrician or knowledgable person

Moving into an older home soon and there are no three prong connections. They are all two prong. SO, what do we do in order to plug in our three prong electrical cords? Like appliances, microwave, televisons, etc etc? Can you advise me or perhaps solve the problem for me? Would appreciate any advise and if you know what you are doing perhaps come over and show me. "
