ELM Utility Services, with over 1000 employees nationwide, has an outstanding opportunity as an Auditor in Texas. The primary role is to increase the quality of work performed in this area. These positions will be based out of the Plano and Waco offices with operation in the surrounding areas. This person will work directly with all Utility Customers on comprehensive training programs. In addition to hourly compensation, ELM offers a full benefits package including: • Company vehicle and fuel card are provided for you to take home each day • Paid-Time Off accrual (PTO) and Vacation/Sick Time • 6 Paid Holidays • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Company Phone, Laptop and equipment are provided to each employee • 401(k) plan • Tuition Reimbursement • Boot Reimbursement Program • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Paid hands-on training • Annual reviews with the potential for increases Your specific duties in this role will include, but not be limited to: • Demonstrates competence in required job skills and knowledge • Performing a minimum of 30-35 audits per week • Conduct ride-along to qualify technicians • Complete audit documentation on technicians • Document failed audits and provides retraining • Provides feedback on identified trends and recommends/conducts follow-up audits on high-risk nonconformities • Build spreadsheets tracking the performance of audits per area and technician • Demonstrates good communication skills when providing feedback on audit results and applicable retraining Specific qualifications for the position include: • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and random drug screens • Must have at least 1 year of experience in the utility industry and 1 year of underground locating experience. • Qualified applicants must have effective verbal and written communication skills. • Applicants must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / Word and Excel experience is a plus • High School Diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license with good driving record Application Procedure: Apply by visiting WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
