* We are a long-time property management and real estate investment company. We are currently looking to find and buy several properties in the Greater Tulsa Area to add to our portfolio in the next few days, between now and November 15. * For that, we need a part-time local property scout who knows the area well, is well-connected in the community and/or gets in contact with many people. Here is what we are looking for: * Owner is considering selling a property * Property is not currently on the market for sale * Single family houses only * We don't buy townhomes, condos, commercial, or land * Condition can be move-in ready or needs work, we’re flexible with that * Location is flexible, as long as it's a populated area * We only buy directly from the owner, not from investors or through middlemen * We do not buy properties that were just renovated and are now being sold * Numbers must make sense * FYI: Seller has to pay no commissions * Do you know of any properties that fit this description right now?
