My client is looking for some assistance in the retail space. Job will include day to day management of all operations of the business. Shadowing / Training with current manager who is leaving due to family changes. Also, alongside new owner in order to better understand how to sell more products and get store as productive as feasibly possible. Position is full time however will work around that with the right person. Position has room for advancement along with structured pay increases and benefits as time in service is reached. Do NOT have to have a high school degree nor a GED or any college experience. Must have your own transportation and cell phone. Must be a quick learner as well as highly motivated to succeed. This is not a position for someone who just wants to be told what to do. My client is looking for someone with integrity as well as long term goals for success and self improvement for a better life.
