Join our amazing team at the beautiful Afton Oaks Apartments 284 unit community located at 12074 Newcastle Ave Baton Rouge, LA 70816 _________________________________________________________________________________________ 💵PAY: Up to $25 an hour (depending on experience) PLUS amazing bonuses equal up to $5k a year 80hrs pto, 20% rent discount, Up to 5% annual raises, 401k match, $15/m medical (single) and more! M-F full time, daytime hours, no weekends. On-call 1x every 3 weeks ($70 on-call bonus plus 1.5 hrs pay minimum for emergencies) _________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a hands on maintenance position and is responsible for property inspections, make readies, work orders, general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet Monarch's established standards. Why work for Monarch? It's time for you to work for the last company you'll ever need to work for....hit that apply button. ____________________________________________________________ Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program Exterior structural maintenance as needed Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone Snow removal (when applicable) Pool maintenance (where applicable) Assist in capital projects including but not limited to rehab and/or major repairs Assist in managing 3rd party vendors including gathering 3 bids for projects
