Responsibilities: Provide maintenance of all aspects of property and handle tenant maintenance requests. Skills: Painting, Drywall, Plumbing, HVAC, Snow plowing, Salting, Landscaping (not mowing), basic computer skills. Soft skills: presentable, able to handle complex situations, good customer skills, good communication skills, willing to follow instructions, independent worker. Experience: Minimum 3 years.
