Need part time hone maintenance person for rental houses. Ingleside, Apass, Rockport areas. General punch list jobs such as yardwork, cleanup, spot prep and paint, light install, etc. Pay is per job. Must have attention to detail and able to complete jobs unsupervised. End of project bonus available. We have most tools, but if you have would be good also.
