Are you someone with experience in home improvement, a good eye for quality and detail, and good communication and organizational skills? We are interested in talking with you! We have a portfolio of 12 rental properties that we are looking for someone to manage the boots-on-the-ground aspects of maintaining the portfolio, including rental inspections, a semi-annual maintenance program, maintenance requests from tenants, and make-ready's. Whether you self-perform the work or can effectively manage the work to ensure quality, timeliness, and reasonable costs, we are interested in building a strong relationship with someone who can maintain our properties.
