Mount This Fish Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team at entry level to assist our production staff with daily tasks and help our team create life lasting memories for avid anglers and wall decor displayed throughout the world. Primary tasks: -- Sanding and taping off products ready to go into the paint booth. -- Assembly fish replica parts (using a pneumatic die grinder) -- Grinding on fiberglass blanks (using a pneumatic die grinder) Additional tasks: -- Other miscellaneous tasks to assist senior production staff -- Occasional gel coating/glassing of fish mount blanks Starting rate is $14-$15/hr with a 30 day evaluation period with no production experience and then an opportunity to receive a raise after 90 day review dependent on ability to comprehend and complete our process and techniques. A thorough knowledge of fish species is not required but instantly starts the position at $15/hr. Having experience with laying gel coat, glassing fiberglass or working with auto body lightweight filler is a also big plus, but not required, however if you do have advanced experience at assembling parts using lightweight cream filler and/or fiberglass experience and are able to hit the floor running also starts the position at $15/hr. It is necessary to have good vision and hand/eye coordination. Medical Insurance 50% copay available after 90 day review, 100% after 1 year with company. PTO after 90 day review.
