It's highly preferred that you live in or near Glen Burnie MD since this is a part time job and would like to keep your travel time to a minimum This position is meant to create supplemental income and not to be your primary source of income. Responsibilities will consist of: -Wiping down counters -Cleaning bathrooms -Vacuuming all walk off mats and high traffic areas, mop floors and dusting -Spot clean high touch points including light switches & door knobs at least 4 or 5 times a week -Emptying trash – take trash to designated area and other janitorial duties -Clean all kitchen counters, tables and sinks -Clean and disinfect exterior of all appliances -Clean microwaves inside and out -Spot clean wall behind trash cans -Clean all dispensers and fixtures including sinks, toilet bowls, urinals and counter tops -Spot clean toilet partitions -Polish all metal and mirrors -Spot clean high touch points including doors, light switches and doorknobs using color-coded cloths -Disinfect toilet handles with disinfectant -Restock toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, trash liners and deodorant products (ex. Lysol) Requirements -High level of energy since there's a lot of walking, climbing steps and bending. -High level of integrity since you will be trusted with keys, codes and alarms to locations. -Applicant must have a valid driver's license and own car. -Must be detailed oriented. -Comfortable with arming and disarming alarms. -Willing to go through a background check.
