LOST DOG My daughter's dog got out of the fence yesterday October 19, around 11:30/12:00. We live on Westover Terrace off of college Hills by Bowie Elementary. Her name is Penny and she is a border collie mix. She has a pink collar with diamonds on it. She does have her tags on and she might be skittish towards people. Please keep an eye out for her my daughter is devistated.
