Part-time 1099 Positions - Monday - Friday - 6 pm - 10 pm - Duties include but are not limited to; trash/recycle removal and disposal, vacuuming tenant spaces and all common areas, mopping, cleaning entrance/exit areas, wiping of tenant desk, dusting, glass cleaning, restroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, cleaning of reception desk and conference tables. Ideal for a couple. Seven paid holidays annually.
