Job Description and Responsibilities: A house cleaner will be responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of our client’s properties. The ideal candidate will be available for a minimum of 2 cleans per week, communicate well with management, and complete jobs in an efficient and timely manner. The following tasks and responsibilities are typical for each job: - Sanitize all surfaces - countertops, bathrooms, dressers, etc. - Wash, dry, and put away dishes - Wash and replace sheets and towels - Vacuum and mop carpets and hard floors - Properly arrange and organize furniture and other household items Requirements/Qualifications: - Strong work ethic - High attention to detail and initiative - Must be available for at least 2 cleans per week, each clean averaging 2.5 hours - Must be available between 10am-4pm - Must have a vehicle or access to one on demand Compensation: - Pay starts at a minimum of $35 per clean, but can be up to $60 for larger jobs - Bonuses offered
