Do you want to learn self-defense but don’t know where to start? This event is for you! Join Ignite for a Backstage Pass at Elite Team Wisconsin Jiu Jitsu where we’ll go behind the scenes and learn more about important, practical self-defense tactics. Owner and Professor Ben Price will introduce us to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and his gym where they work to train adults and kids of all ages, sizes, and levels. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner — we are too! Elite Team Wisconsin offers a welcoming, safe environment for all and you’ll feel right at home learning techniques to make you feel comfortable no matter what situation you may find yourself in. Attendees, please dress in comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
