November 30, 2022 “Healthier Holiday Dishes” • Lighter Lemony Spinach Artichoke Dip (Hands on) • Baked Brie, Fruit and Nut Dessert Board • Warm Apple Cranberry Spice Punch In a season of too many heavy meals, arm yourself with a few healthier fun recipes to serve at your holiday gatherings. Chef Shelly will show you how to make a beautiful fresh fruit and nut charcuterie board with a baked brie, warm apple cranberry spice punch and then you will hands-on create a lighter lemony spinach artichoke dip to enjoy. January 25, 2023 January 25, 2023 “New Year New You” • Silky Green Tropical Smoothie Bowl • Super Food Chop Salad with Seared Lemon Salmon With a new year, we look to give ourselves a fresh new start as well! Join Chef Shelly for an evening class of making two fresh whole food recipes that will restore you. Enjoy a silky green tropical smoothie bowl and help create a super food filled chop salad with seared lemon salmon. February 15, 2023 “Valentines Couples Meal” • Honey Garlic Shrimp with Broccolini & Rice • The Easiest Chocolate Mousse Avoid the crowded restaurants and make an incredibly easy but special meal at home! Chef Shelly will show you how to make a ridiculously easy chocolate mousse and a delicious honey garlic shrimp quick saute with broccolini and rice. Enjoy the dishes in class or take them home for a treat later. March 15, 2023 “St. Patrick’s Clean Green Dishes” • Sunshine Broccoli Veggie Slaw • Green Goddess Loaded Grilled Cheese No need to resort to green dyed junk food for St. Patrick’s day, when you can make a fun meal based on lots of fresh green veggies! You can help Chef Shelly make a tasty sunshine broccoli veggie slaw with a honey mustard dressing and enjoy a delicious savory green goddess loaded grilled cheese sandwich. April 19, 2023 “Spring Break Taste of Tropical” • Jerk Chicken Tacos • Seared Pineapple Red Pepper Salsa Even if you are staying here where the snow may still be on the ground, you can enjoy a tropical themed bright meal! Chef Shelly will help you make a colorful seared pineapple red pepper salsa and serve it with sweet and spicy jerk chicken tacos.
