Description

We will review two cases at this event. Professor Alison Gash will review Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade decision that established federal abortion rights in the United States. Professor Peter Frost will review West Virgnia v. EPA, which struck down the EPA's Clean Power Plan (CPP) that gave the agency the power to regulate carbon dioxide emitted from power plants.
