Join TCF and Jeff Latchum for a free wine tasting! The City Foxes will be launching a wine club this November! This wine club is going to feature some amazing wines from....around the globe. Yep, we've gone rogue, but we promise it is going to be worth it. Jeff Latchum is a Newport News native, whose first job was washing dishes at 14 and began a love of food and food service. He spent most of the next twenty years in kitchens, including a Culinary Institute of America degree and a stint at Blackberry Farm in Tennessee. He started working professionally in 2006, for a French Wine Importer. After two years, he joined a startup wine business, Williams Corner Wine in 2009, six months after its founding. He is a current resident of Staunton, with his wife, daughter, and yellow lab. Williams Corner Wine is a Charlottesville based wine importer and distributor, founded in 2008, selling wine to fine restaurants and wine retailers. Williams Corner specializes in natural wines made from hand-picked grapes, fermented using natural yeasts, and produced without acidification, chaptalisation, or other additives. Their goal is to source artisans who produce wines of quality through ecologically friendly vineyard practices and winemaking techniques. Look it's Jeff!
