Do you have automotive experience and a good work ethic? We are looking for you!!! A&K Auto Repair in Bay Point is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. Job duties include but are not limited to: • Promptly greeting customers who walk into the shop • Listening to customers describe auto problems • Asking follow-up questions to help diagnose issues • Entering customer information into a database • Tracking the progress of each job • Compiling work estimates and communicating them to the customer • Answering customers’ questions regarding the nature of repairs and their costs • Ordering necessary parts/ communicating with service manager • Accepting payment when the job is complete Computer skills and typing are necessary Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred Full Time Position, M-F 9-6, $17 an hour and up depending on experience, start asap **$1,000 sign on bonus** (terms and conditions apply) Please email resume or work history and we will contact you for an interview if you match the criteria we seek.
