White Light Sounds is presenting a long weekend of joyful self-care, while immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the Joshua Tree landscape. Enjoy heart opening ceremonies, guided meditation & sound baths, Reiki, gentle yoga, plant medicine, breathwork, journaling, essential oils, and art therapy. Integrate the teachings and experiences while exploring the private property’s hammock circle, meditation circle, and hot tub. The retreat’s highlight is a sound bath experience at the world-famous Integratron, nestled within the Mojave Desert. Other off-site activities include visiting the quirky village and hiking in the National Park with old and new friends. Fill up on love, laughter, and gratitude with like-minded women and expand your awareness of your own joy and well-being. No prior meditation or yoga experience is needed. This retreat is limited to 10 guests and hosted by White Light Sounds and sponsored by Practical Magic Apothecary, which among other things, means the gift bags are going to be DIVINE. The fee includes accommodations at the Joshua Tree retreat house and participation in the ceremonies, activities, and all breakfasts and dinners.
