Joy Couvillion Louis has been working in the Louisiana community serving children, families, and adults in a multitude of clinical settings as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. After graduating from USL, she continued her studies at Tulane University where she obtained her Masters in Social Work. Mrs. Louis also completed a Fellowship in Infant Mental Health from Tulane University and is certified in perinatal mental health via Postpartum Support International. Mrs. Louis has a private practice, Joyful Thoughts LLC., which includes therapeutic services with individuals and families as well as clinical supervision and consultation. Her clinical interests include: postpartum/ perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy loss, Advanced Integrative therapy (AIT), cognitive behavioral therapy, infant mental health, attachment, and mindfulness. She has recently moved back home to the Lafayette area.
Workshop is free of charge. There will also be an option of attending the workshop via zoom. Breakfast will be served.
