Amplify Benefit Concerts presents: Christmas This Year: Benefit Concert for Savannah Lee Johnson with Vocalocity and Kids Are Music. Savannah Johnson is a precious 3-year-old girl from Syracuse, UT. She has captured the hearts of not only our local community, but thousands of people around the world. Nearly 2 years ago, when Savannah was just one, she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive pediatric cancer called Embryonal Tumor with Multilayer Rosettes or ETMR. There are less than 300 reported cases of this type of cancer. She has been undergoing chemotherapy and bone marrow transplants for half of her life. They have shown grit, inspiring positivity, and incredible bravery as they continue to fight for Savannah's life. We invite you, our community, to rally around this special girl and her family. Proceeds of this concert will go directly to Matthew and Lacy Johnson and their family. This event is open to the public. If you wish to donate to the family but are unable to attend, there is an option to make a donation in lieu of purchasing tickets. Kids under the age of 5 are free. Vocalocity is excited to produce their 5th annual Christmas concert. This year they have invited Ogden's own Kids are Music children's chorus to join them as they celebrate the true meaning of Christmas through music. Vocalocity sings a collection of a cappella renditions of both classic and current Christmas songs that will bring the magic of the season into your heart. Bring the family, bring your friends, and enjoy an amazing night of a cappella music!
