Need movers for pick up tomorrow 10/20

Hi I’m a driver coming into town and I need help doing a pick up job. We are to go inside the customers home and start with wrapping and padding all the furniture. Dressers nightstands tables chairs headboards etc. we are to shrink wrap any large furniture pieces and properly cardboard crate with bubble wrap any glass or fragile pieces. While you guys are doing that I will be doing inventory of all the boxes. Once everything is wrapped properly and I’ve done all inventory then we can start loading onto my truck. I will provide all material for this job all though I am looking for someone that has an extra dolly tools knows how to disassemble furniture someone that knows what to do exactly by the book and how it needs to be done. When we start loading everything we are to stack properly strap loose or falling items maximize on every inch of space to pack right and tight. I need everything to be transported to Oregon securely. Please be aware of your surroundings don’t be careless be careful have your eyes and ears open meaning just don’t be breaking shit and be respectful a d professional. It doesn’t mean I need you to be buddy or best friends with customer and stand around and have conversations this is a moving job just stay moving. You can always ask for questions or anything that you can do to help us finish I’ll let you know what needs to be done I like guys that communicate and aren’t afraid to ask questions at the same time I like guys that know what they are doing. If you find yourself standing around just ask me what you can do next. Once everything is inside my truck and there’s no no room then we can close my doors and I can pay everyone. You must have cash app zelle or Venmo I don’t carry cash and I’m jus the driver you get payed by the actual moving company not me. For guys that like to show up late you will be deducted 20$ per hr your late the office won’t pay everyone else more money just because your late do make sure your on time. Please have reliable transportation to get to the job site please I don’t have time for guys to tell me they will take the bus and be there 1 hr later I’ll just replace you with someone that can get there ASAP. So if you’re not on time they’ll just pay you less than everyone else. For the guys that want to go home early. That’s fine with me but you don’t get the minimum. You only get payed the hours you worked. The minimum of $160 will only get payed at the end once my doors are shut and everything is absolutely done. So please make sure there’s no other jobs plans etc and you stay until the end. Please no flakes no shows druggies etc. please be respectful professional around customer if they see something they don’t like or if you get caught stealing you’ll be sent home. Also im looking for guys that know what they are doing. I swear if you show up and you don’t even know how to properly wrap a chair we will pay 15$ hr. If you can’t do the things properly I’ll just send you home. I don’t have time for bs workers that say they can do it and they can’t. If you guys get done early you can have the minimum so im looking to putting the best team together. This is for tomorrow morning north Phoenix 9 am.
