Relax & unWINEd with a fun, uplifting yoga class followed by a glass of wine!Event Details:Enjoy a 60-minute yoga class led by certified yoga instructor Taylor Baker. This class is a slower-paced flow, focused on synching movement with breath. You will finish class feeling relaxed (in the body & mind), centered, and at peace. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! Your ticket for the yoga class INCLUDES a glass of wine of your choice or a wine slushie, so head to the tasting room after class. Be sure to check out the food menu too if you've worked up an appetite!Q & A:When is this event? This is a RECURRING event that takes place every other Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm! (Check Eventbrite or danielsvineyard.com/eventtickets for exact dates!) Where is this event? Location - Daniel's Vineyard (9061 N 700 W, McCordsville, IN 46055). March - September: The yoga class will take place OUTSIDE on the Ceremony Pad, as long as weather permits. October - February, or in the event of rain/adverse weather: The yoga class will take place INSIDE in the Upper Ballroom. *** If you are unsure whether to go to the Ceremony Pad or Upper Ballroom, feel free to call Daniel's Vineyard in advance (317-248-5222), or just ask one of the bartenders when you arrive. :) What do I need to bring? Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one (if not, there will be a few available to borrow!) and a water bottle. Although no yoga props will be required for the class, feel free to bring any props that you personally like to use, such as yoga blocks, a strap, or bolster. What should I wear? Dress in comfortable workout or yoga clothes, such as a tank top or t-shirt and yoga leggings or athletic shorts. Note: we will be barefoot for the yoga class. Can I come even if I have no experience with yoga? Absolutely! This is a beginner-friendly class focused on gentle, mindful movements and stretches. The instructor will offer plenty of modifications along the way!
