The last few years have been challenging for many pastors, clergy, and faith leaders. Burn out, declining health, and stress have have all contributed to an exodus of those leaving this vocation. Your health matters! You can't lead others if you are not doing well yourself. Blue Zones Project and Texas Health have come together for a morning of encouragement, fellowship, and well-being.
