Join us for the first-ever Community Health Fair on Saturday, October 29th from 10am-12pm in Lombard. This is a free community event in partnership with Jewel-Osco. There will be free flu shots or COVID shots *(please bring insurance card with you) plus get 10% off groceries with every immunization. We will also have vendors, giveaways, and free lunch! Jewel Osco pharmacy team will be administering the flu and COVID shots. Each participant will need to complete an informed consent form for immunizations with inactivated and live vaccines *Note: COVID shots: there are no copays unless required by your insurance plan For more information: [email protected]
