5 three day old kittens in need of care asap

Mama is not fully taking care of these 5 babies. She isn't helping them potty and she won't feed them on her own. I have to make her lay down next to me and make her feed and potty them. I have bad health problems and can't foster them. Is anyone out there who can foster young kittens or can direct me to the right person??
