Please join Roseann for a 90 minute Soulful Sunday Sound Bath experience Every Saturday at 1:00pm at The Golden Rose storefront $33.33 Per guest RSVP HERE made through my website link ( no fees added) ✨✨Experience different mantras that call in healing before settling in for a guided visualization meditation for clearing away the attachments from your energy wheels, releasing what no longer serves; in a multi- instrument sound bath to help you sink into a deep inward journey. This meditative sound concert will use crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, shamanic drum, chimes, gongs, ocean drum and more. A chakra cleansing guided visualization to help clear out trapped inner wounds and accelerate your healing process. ✨This is a wonderful inward journey that allows you to bring self- awareness into self-sabotaging behaviors, removal of negative patterns of behaviors and release of stress from unwanted energies. ✨During this 1.5 hour long session, we will begin with light breath work, setting intentions and settle into your relaxed space. A Soulful Sunday to take care of yourself, while relaxing to the sounds to help settle you into a state of peace & well- being before the work week begins.
