Learn how to design and decorate “calaveras de azúcar” (sugar skulls) for “Día de los Muertos” (Day of the Dead) in one of two workshops led by Rob-O of I Love Sugar Skulls on Sat., Oct. 22! Workshop fee includes pre-made sugar skull, royal icing and assorted decorations, personalized instruction by Rob-O, plus admission to all current Museum exhibits including Mujeres Inspiradoras: Día de Los Muertos 2022 Minimum of 10 participants per session required, and advance registration by 5:00 p.m. on Thurs., Oct. 20 is strongly recommended. FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Workshop suitable for ages 5 and up. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian.  What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Paid parking available in metered, on-street spaces, and $3 flat rate parking is available in hourly garage located at 1500 10th Street on Saturdays. Yes, please bring either a printed ticket or digital ticket displayed on a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) to check into workshop. Can I update my registration information? Yes, you may update your registration through the start time of your workshop. What is the refund policy? Refunds will be provided through 5:00 pm on Thurs., Oct. 20, 2022.
