DRAWING COMICS Classes for Kids In this course, children will come up with a short story and write an outline for it. They will design and draw the characters, environment, and speech bubbles inside the panels to complete their book. This course prepares your children for the Stop Motion course, where they can build, sculpt and paint the world for their story, and make it into an animated movie! Class 1. Brainstorm - decide on who is the main, supporting, and opponent characters. Class 2. Sculpting with plastelina - sculpt characters to use them as references for drawing. Class 3. Drawing heads and start to draw panels - front, side, and facial expressions. Class 4. Drawing pages- draw sound effects in the relevant panels. Class 5. Continue drawing pages with complete panels. Class 6. PIE- penciling, inking, erasing. Class 7. Making a cover- design the back and front cover, titles, and ending page.Imaginative fun!
