Join Nasia in this beginner friendly class designed to connect the breath
with body movement. We will take time in each posture to find correct
alignment, breathe through any blockages, and allow our bodies and
minds to settle in. Through this stillness we can find clarity and
contentment. From there we learn to let go and experience the freedom
and joy each moment has to offer. All-levels welcome!
