With holiday season upon us, life can get a little crazy. In a world of busy schedules that keep the family running a hundred miles an hour, do you find it difficult to carve out time to create healthy, budget-friendly meals to feed your family each evening? Have you tried prepping and freezing meals so that all you have to do is put one into a crockpot or pressure cooker and voila, you have a healthy meal for your family?
Join us for a fun night of creating freezer meals so your family can enjoy home cooked meals even when life is busy. We will share tips and tricks about planning, budgeting and what freezes well, while we create four different freezer meals for each participant to take home and place in their freezer.
