Cora Pitt is a Master Gardener who has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to house plants, from aroids to ZZ plants. For this workshop, she will be teaching about different soil types based on your plants water and nutritional needs, pot sizing, her repotting process, root inspection, when to repot, staking your plants and more! We'll conclude the workshop with a hands on repotting session using your own house plant or one provided by Urban Earth. If you bring your own plant, please be sure that the plant is less than 20 inches tall. If you'd like Urban Earth to provide you with a plant we will have a selection of 4 inch various house plants (pothos, philo, hoya or peperomia) available, just be sure you choose your ticket accordingly so we have enough supplies. We will also provide premium soil/soil mixes, perlite, soil amendments, nursery pots and light refreshments.
