Marcus Hill, a native of Little Rock, Arkansas and graduate of the University of Arkansas is a real estate trailblazer, whose almost 20 year portfolio spans from real estate appraisal, property management, developments, loan origination, Airbnb coach, to real estate investments. His career in the real estate industry began by happenstance at the age of 24 when he was introduced to the appraisal process. From that moment, Hill began building the foundation for his success. Two years later, Hill would launch his own real estate appraisal firm, being one of the youngest and few African Americans in the South to own, manage, and operate a Real Estate Appraisal company. His expertise and drive paved the way for him to be recruited by a top mortgage giant and Fortune 100 company. In his role as a Valuation Analyst, Hill is one of the youngest to have placed valuations on residential properties in all fifty states in the US. Hill is a proud uncle, motivational speaker and community advocate.
