We are looking for an experienced forklift operator to join our team at Rios of Mercedes boot factory. We have been in business since 1853 and pride ourselves on team work, safety and quality. Position includes medical benefits, paid holidays and paid time off but will require, good attendance, positive attitude and solid work ethic. This position will be the distribution center's primary forklift operator but will also aid in all other distribution center functions and job duties including but not limited to: Loading and unloading trucks, pallets and boxes, stocking pairs on shelves, picking orders and other duties as needed or assigned. Our Distribution Center team enjoys competitive pay with a weekly and quarterly bonus, after probationary period, of up to 40% weekly and up to 43 hours quarterly. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch. The distribution center is fast paced and absolutely team oriented and we face all logistic challenges together. English speaking is a must, bi-lingual is a plus. Forklift experience is a must and experience will determine initial starting hourly wage.
