We are very excited to announce the return of the Capital City Medical Society Scholarship benefit dinner. We have the honor of awarding deserving medical students enrolled at UAB Heersink School of Medicine scholarship funds to aid in their medical education. To date, we have awarded over $70,000 to minority medical students from the River Region! We are also awarded the privilege of honoring Dr. John Jernigan. A physician who has been a pillar in our medical community for many years. He has provided exceptional and compassionate care to thousands. We will enjoy a night of dinner, dance and celebration. Remember! When you purchase a ticket, a $50 donation will be made in your name to a deserving student enrolled at UAB Heersink School of Medicine.
