The Southwest Michigan First Chamber invites you to the next Quarterly Downtown Business Townhall, on Tuesday, November 8 at 2:00 p.m. There will be a number of updates to share related to the ongoing challenges and changes as we continue building our downtown. You can expect to hear the latest updates on: Safety and security street teams and Public Safety routingUpdates to the downtown lighting infrastructureUpdates to the public restroom locations, signage and maintenanceParking system and ramp safety and maintenance expectationsDowntown security camera integrationAlleyway activation timingWe also want to have some discussion with local resource providers that serve those without stable housing or with mental health challenges. The goal is to work together toward a community that is both compassionate AND conducive to business success. A successful downtown has ripple effects of success throughout our entire region. We want to help move our downtown forward and your voice is a part of that conversation. Bring your ideas, your challenges and your neighbors! We’ll bring the refreshments in partnership with our friends at Honor Credit Union. This event will be held in the Catalyst Center at 180 E Water Street, Kalamazoo MI 49007.
