Looking for highly motivated, hard working individuals that have been looking for a real opportunity and aren’t afraid to prove that. We install windows and doors from Sarasota to Englewood and have work even further north than Sarasota and even further south than Englewood. We pay piece rate (per window and door) to our guys rather than an hourly or salary based pay which allows you real opportunity to be paid what you deserve rather than for the amount of time you spend on a job. Our installers make from 1 to 4 thousand a week depending on their work ethic and experience and we pay higher piece rate pay than any other window and door company in the state. We provide all tools required, a trailer for moving tools from site to site, and provide personal work trucks for those that prove themselves. We have unlimited work and opportunity within our company - We’re a new company that’s blowing up as we speak - We have endless jobs and my business partner and I, as well as a lot of our guys, work 6-7 days a week. We’re looking for hard workers that want an opportunity to be paid fairly for their work ethic and aren’t afraid to grind. The ideal candidate is strong, highly-motivated, reliable, an effective communicator, has attention to detail, has pride in their work, and is respectful and grateful for the opportunity. Higher pay and more opportunity if you have your own truck. Bilingual is a huge plus We will train you - no previous window and door experience required
