Beautiful Ranch in Santa Barbara looking to add members to our team. Wonderful time to join a team that's on the way up. Many projects and programs going into place now. Job duties are/but not limited to: • organic farming (fruits/vegetables) • cleaning, tidying, organizing • tending to, cleaning and feeding of horses, pigs, goats, dogs, cats and chickens. • Landscaping - trimming trees and plants, weeding garden beds, mowing lawns, watering, harvesting produce. What winning in this position looks like: • You're hard working with a positive and upbeat attitude. You're a team player but able to work well alone. • you're coachable/trainable, a quick learner, flexible to change. •you're a go getter with a strong work ethic • You have a valid DL and your own vehicle • You're legal to work in U.S. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
