Duties: * Glass Technicians will greet customers. * Explain the windshield repair process. * Verify insurance coverage of vehicle and the repair of rock chips and cracks up to 24 inches on the auto glass. * Complete invoices. * Call in work to insurance companies via cell phone. * Oversee the job site. * Report to the office weekly for supplies and call final numbers into the office daily.
