Painter Central Coast Casualty Restoration, Inc (CCCR) is seeking motivated and career minded Construction Crew Member for Painting. CCCR is an established, local general contractor specializing in fire and water damage restoration. Candidates must be coachable, able to manage their time and tasks, and possess a straightforward understanding of all aspects of painting. Looking for an honest, professional, reliable, hard-working person that works well within a team and brings a positive can-do attitude Candidates should possess the following: Must have a valid/clean DMV and a clear background check. Verifiable proof of eligibility to work. Must be able to speak, write, and comprehend English. Knowledge and experience in all aspects of painting; interior and exterior finishes and cabinetry painting. Be self-starter able to stay on task and work with limited supervision Be prompt with reliable attendance. Be able to follow instruction, take direction and effectively communicate with foreman or supervisor. Be able to work while standing for several hours on a daily basis. Be able to lift 45+ lbs, alone and up to 70 pounds with assistance. Be physically capable of climbing up and down ladders throughout work-shift. Be able to use paint sprayer, compressor and have working knowledge of other painting related tools and products and their safe operation (ladders, scaffolding, sprayers, paint stripper, cleaners, etc.). Support, maintain, and enforce job site safety and security for homeowners, coworkers, subcontractors and vendors. Maintain and enforce company policy. Diplomacy and professionalism to others, always Painting experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Salary is based on experience.
